The services
Inland Forward (Inland Forward LLC) provides on-site software engineering services, published as fixed-fee engagements: Readiness audit, Pilot build, Embedded retainer. The scope, price, and terms of each engagement are as published on this site at the time you purchase, or as agreed in writing for custom work.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Audits are invoiced up front; pilots are split across two payments; retainers bill monthly and cancel with thirty days notice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any third-party subscriptions or cloud usage in your own accounts.
Communications, including by phone and text
By providing your phone number through our intake form or by calling our business line, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is used.
Ownership
Work product built during a paid engagement — source code, infrastructure configuration, and documentation — belongs to you, the client, from the first commit, as described in each engagement's scope.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a good-faith, professional basis. To the extent permitted by law, Inland Forward's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
