Information we collect

When you submit the intake form, sign up for field notes, or contact us by phone or text, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, company name, email address, phone number, city, and a description of what you're looking for. If you complete a purchase, payment is processed directly by Stripe; Inland Forward does not store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you've requested, send the field notes newsletter if you've subscribed, and — if you call or text our business line — to answer your call, check availability, book or manage an appointment, and follow up if we missed you.

Text messaging

If you provide a phone number, we may send you text messages related to appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups after a missed call. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (for example, our telephony and messaging providers who deliver the message on our behalf).

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use it only to run this business and communicate with you about the services you've asked about.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or contact us directly to request that we delete your information.
